I like the idea of hanging the framed cross stitch in the dollhouse. If I ever have a dollhouse or doll space, I will incorporate the framed cross stitches of Christmas candles and wreath into it that my aunt made me decades ago. Thanks for sharing. P. S. Having some childish qualities is good because it’s being true to yourself, a way to destress and it’s a way to enjoy your creativity and the beauty you bring to this world.

🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Arne love ❤️ your dollhouse videos. The joy of creating a Hygge beautiful dollhouse. I love all Tiny miniatures. Here are some great ideas I put into my dollhouse. A tiny glass cookie 🍪 jar & made chocolate chip cookies with filo clay along side a glass of milk 🥛. I made quilted bed coverings with pillows & knitted blankets. Lace curtains. Crocheted round rugs. Take a picture of your lake far away & frame it for a great view. Love ❤️ all the creativity. Enjoy the journey of adding little treasures & finds every day. I have a quilt shop. A dollhouse with an Artist loft. An antique shop. I'm starting a new Victorian dollhouse but each room is a different craft room. My dream house.

I used to make ornaments of counted cross stitch almost 35 years ago. Those moments got me through some hard times sitting with my husband going through cancer treatment. I loved it. I do little now, but I do still have some of the material and hoops. (I paint and knit more these days.) Those designs are quite lovely, though, Arne!

Hi Arne - I used to work in a needlework shop, and we would use a thin piece of quilt batting between the cardboard carton piece and the stitched Aida piece, which hides the little holes in the Aida fabric and gives the picture a nice finish.

Arne, you have so many talents! I love how you made this dollhouse. It looks fantastic with the paint and the framing. I love the new furniture, especially that dining table. The cross-stitched pictures really made a beautiful addition to the kitchen wall. You did such a good job on the video without Carlos. Your English is so much better than you think it is. I've tried to learn a foreign language, but I find it so difficult. We mostly just learned vocabulary but not how to actually speak the language. I'm always so impressed by people who can speak more than just their native language since I was a failure at it. I'm so glad that you were secure enough to do this video alone. It was really lovely. Missed you Carlos, but aren't you proud of Arne? I look forward to seeing you again.

It’s Sunday afternoon here in Nova Scotia on Canada’s east coast. I was sitting in my new chair (made by IMG, a Norwegian company), looking forward to watching the latest video from two of my favorite designers. The chair was so comfortable that I soon fell asleep and missed most of the video. It would appear that one Norwegian business is trying to undermine another, and it’s all happening more than 3000 miles from Norway. What’s the matter, can’t you people get along? I’m just kidding of course. Now I must go and find a chair that isn’t quite so cozy, so I can watch the rest of the video!

Great video, Arne. I think the doll house is gorgeous - the colors are fabulous, and the details inside are perfect! I also enjoyed watching you finish the embroidery and frame the results! Adding the black border and using white thread on the white canvas does make the picture pop. I was wondering if you ever put any kind of lighting inside your doll houses?
