T.G. archetype, to me means various things: The potential to always keep evolving and being better. A really gun combo/synchro spam deck Bruno's key lines like COME ON! and LIMITATOR OPEN, ALL CLEAR! And the saddest death in all 5D's and maybe all Yugioh Story

The spell/trap names make sense with their abilities. TGX300 increases monster stats by 300 per TG, or TGX300=stat bonus. TGX3-DX2 Shuffles 3 TGs in gy (TGX3) to draw 2 (DX2). Interesting way to remember many of the effects.

12:40 Dragonflys purpose is to turn you accel synchro monsters back into its syncho material so that you can upgrade it into the delta accel one and was straight up copied from the second duel between Yusei and Bruno/Anthony, where it was used for this exact purpose. Fun Fact: In the original release of T.G. Dragonfly was unsommanable in archetype, because they only had one level one monster and forgot to import a non tuner level one TG.

Blasting clear mind is legit af. I was at our locals and one of us was playing synchrons, the moment he started synchroing his entire deck, I pulled out KZbin and started playing clear mind. I swear I saw him turn gold for a moment.

The biggest and coolest thing about the deck that Konami took from T.G.s was how in the anime they were also treated as machine monsters in adittion to there other monster type. It is such a cool gimmick that could have potentialy gave them a huge pool of cards they could have worked with. It is though understandable why they took that out when they released them in the actuall TCG, since it could have definetily brought up issues with rulings and it could have potentialy been somewhat broken. I can't help but imagine though what if they kept that gimmick and what could have been possible with it.

Rulings wouldn't have been a problem since each monster would just have a "This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster" clause as part of their effect, like how cards such as Elemental HERO Electrum have one for being more than 1 Attribute. Support-wise, yeah they'd have access to Machine support but I don't think that would have broken them at the time tbh, it would just give them more cool tech options (no pun intended) & was, as you said, a missed opportunity.

If T.G.s received erratas to treat themselves as Machine-Type on the field (& in the GY, if you wanted them to benefit from the most Machine support), they'd function under TCBOO & Rivalry identically to the existing way cards with multiple Attributes do under Gozen Match.

Honestly, don't feel bad about misreading Recipro Dragonfly's effect, because fun fact, the way you initially described is how the card was initially programmed in EDOPro (or maybe it was still YGOPro back then, I don't remember) and it took until the newest support in Dark Neostorm for someone to report that behavior and the card changed to work properly.

i don't know why, but for some reason when konami printed t.g., not only left out the floating effect on some, but also 2 common effects (with an exception that both weren't in halberd cannon): if they would be targeted by your spell/trap cards they half their original atk and def points and they can be treated as machines.

12:40 Your disappointment is understandable but it does seem so that the entire deck revolves around using Synchros as Synchro material. This is a lot of setup but it's an Extra deck De-Synchro, which you can bring out from there (or summon back from the graveyard) much easier than searching out the spell De-Synchro and recovering it from the graveyard. Thus, if you managed to make the original Trishula with only Synchro monsters as material you can finally handloop forever.

I run a Trident Launcher centric build I like to call "T.G. Hybrid Turbo"! It's set up to get a board of Trident Launcher Linked with Hyper Librarian, Star Guardian and Power Gladiator, with Recipro Dragonfly waiting in the wings (no pun intended) on the next turn, to cheese through Shooting Star Dragon T.G. Ex into Shooting Quasar Dragon! And to then use TG1-EM1 to cheese back T.G. Ex! It is fast! I mean, really fast! But I also run other Lv 5 Synchros in there as well, such as Chanbara, Catastor and Armades, as well as Trishula for funsies, especially as someone once claimed T.G. can't summon Trishula, even though it can! And it's a piece of piss to do so! I built it on Master Duel as well, then copied and removed the Extra Deck and edited the Main Deck to use the T.G. Engine for Links! It works, though, admittedly, still needs a little work... It can get Black Luster Soldier - Soldier of Chaos out even easier than Trishula, as they can get those materials out for fun naturally anyway! Plus, cuz the Extra Deck is mainly Cyberse, I play that Field Spell, cuz that and ATK boost! Oh, and to show how long I've been playing T.G. for, in your demonstration there, you could have actually gotten into Hyper Librarian first and easily have kept it on the Field going into Halberd Cannon! Jus saying...

Can you please walk me through how PSI-reflector is able to get you a free Hyper Librarian? Its level modulation is mandatory, meaning you can't conventionally use it and Assault Beast to go into a level 5 Synchro.

Obviously that doesn't mean you'll necessarily be able to pop off too much from there though lmao. Realistically, Nova _did_ forget that Psi-Reflector's level modulation is mandatory, but that doesn't change that fact that Special Summoning Psi-Reflector technically _can be_ a free Hyper Librarian.

All of the T.G spells and traps except for EM1 are bike parts while EM1 is a type of space gate if you look at bruno's d wheel then the spells and traps and they make sense as parts and a gate for it to travel through time.

Why'd you waste your time saying the spiel with all the cards that had it? Just say that it can fetch any on-theme monster other than itself from the deck. I like your videos, but it gets bothersome if I have to wade through so many of that. P.S. I know "tech" already has its own meaning in this game, but "tech a T.G. monster from the deck" has too good of a ring to pass up. P.P.S. I think I prefer the slightly older, more casual style like you have on most of the Albaz videos. This kind of sectioned rollcall just feels different; part of what drew me to your archetype analyses is that they felt more like a regular conversation than some of the others out there, like TGS Anime's (whose vids are still good, I just liked those aspects of yours better). P.P.P.S. Disappointed that you didn't reference Cardfight!! Vanguard with Blade Blaster, the joke is obvious even if the monsters don't necessarily have too much in common. Though Blade Blaster was the first Accel Synchro, something for which 'imagination'was important, and we all know what makes Blaster Blade so special.

This deck is so so so fun, it's so fun to balance levels and combo off with so many delta accel synchro and ending up with the Glaive Blaster and Trident and Close It's my favourite synchro deck together with Yusei's accel synchro combo deck which ends up with 4 level 12 dragons at the end of the turn It's so so fucking fun to balance all levels or make adjustments on the fly🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
