A new way to use Supabase Storage

Supabase Storage is now compatible with AWS S3. This means it can be used with tools like CyberDuck and DuckDB. In this video, Jon Meyers demonstrates how to generate credentials from the Supabase Dashboard and use the AWS CLI to sync a local directory with S3 and Supabase Storage!

this is actually pretty neat, are there any plans to have a cdn or is there something like cloudfront? I'd love to use supabase to host static site. also the video in the blog post about duckdb is private

Love supabase storage, but the bandwidth cost is too much for my use case, so had to move to cloudflare R2. :(

Supabase storage has one main negative point, that is the response time to server those assets when my app requests them, I test a .css file using Google cloud and supabase storage, and the response time is crazy, about a 600ms in difference where supabase struggles to serve those assets at the speed we want
