In real life, horned bullfrogs are a fairly big species of frogs and the bigger the amphibian, the bigger the appetite. They’ve been known to eat small birds, small mammals, snakes and other, smaller species of frogs

I respect Polly for wanting to be more involved with everyone on their adventures and more independent. She did come in clutch in saving her family from those cannibal frogs, so she certainly earned her advertising rights.

Amphibia got away with A LOT of stuff and didn't shy away from getting really dark all under the guise of being a silly show about talking frogs. Be on the lookout for the word "frog" being used as a very obvious stand-in for an F-bomb on several occasions. Get ready for many more plots with horrific implications. Get ready for some pretty gut-wrenching scenes.
