I think it could work to do it daily at extreme low volume like one set a day, if you are a beginner and trying to push up strength. Doing real workouts 6 days a week is just going to plateau you hard and fast which is what all their advice will do for people not on the shinola.

Yeah i feel Like If your frequency IS Training every day, or 4 Times ish per week even If you reduce your weekly Volume, you cant Recovery and cant Progress or even get worse

Maybe not the best comparison. Ronnie's worst problems were the result of a botched surgery. You could say "well, he needed surgery because of the way he trained" but Dorian had multiple surgeries too, they just weren't botched.

The New Zealand coach you referred to around 27min is probably Arthur Lydiard.

1:28 looks at eric helms. He made this year real solid gainz, i would guess maybe 1 2 kg new muscle. Eric helms never say that high frequency is better. He said frequemcy is overated, just a tool

12kg at his 30th year of training. Dumbest thing ever said on the internet, that simply doesn't happen natty.

I feel like when i do higher frequency per muscle same weekly volume, like an full body or arnold split (chest and back/ legs/ shoulders n arms/ rest/repeat) i dont Progress aometimes or on the armold split i even degress. Is it possible that once per week can be better ?

I destroyed my knees while running at around 190 lbs and lean. People who claim it's safe are completely full of it, don't do jack, and/or are 130 lbs.

How much distance? I sprint backwards and it feels great. Usually 35 yards. If I go forward I sprint about 20 yards.
