living in interesting times 🙃 here's a week in my life in korea as winter storms in. i'll talk about it more in the next vlog but im dealing with a LOT of burn out so in order to feel inspiration (or feel literally anything lol) i tried a diff way of editing this and i kinda love it kinda hate it so sorry if you we're feeling the coloring on this one but for my sanity i just needed to try something new. probs wont see it in the future but yeah :') this year isnt done with me yet :')

Totally understand. Stress has totally wiped me out this week. Next month my daughter is going on an exchange program from Japan and the details, etc. have just totally wiped me out. Holiday spirit is at an all time low. And we’re all going to Seoul after Xmas (should this be adding to my stress too?). Just praying the situation gets resolved. (Worried about what will happen when it’s resolved, but let’s hope for something good to come out of this 🤔)

I was so confused today when I realized we are ten days away from Christmas and I barely recognize that we are in December. I am usually excited and love this time of year, but It's been a lot lately. I read this today and hopefully it can help: " Ships don't sink because of the water around them. yeah i recently was interacting with the MCR fandom and the new young fans were acting like 2001 was ancient history and it blew my mind! i think our concept of time is becoming so mushy and people dont understand how recent some of these events really have been in the grand scheme of things :/

ur thoughts about korea being so "fresh" from dictatorship and how americans don't realize the value of democracy... you're such a light, you're so right... similar to korea, my country argentina has also had an awful dictatorship (in the late 70s - early 80s) that made most people realize how we should cherish democracy, and made us "hypersensitive" when it comes to not let letting the military take over. i hope and i imagine a similar reaction from our people if from one day to another the president decided by himself to start the martial law. anyway this may sound weird but i loved this vlog! your content is always the best!

Weirdness in Korea. Soon to be weirdness in the US. Glad you talked about it and glad, frankly, that Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached. "Only kinda sketch" should not be your president's best quality. Thankfully, in America we know it's fully sketch. My remedy? Just get Christmassy. I'm watching shitty Hallmark movies and Gilmore Girls holiday episodes.
