The 9ja aura and charisma reigns supreme over Ghana, South Africa and every other black Africans. The world know that and that's why there's more appeal towards any creative outta 9ja as compared to other Africans. The only reason someone like Tyla is able to stand tall in amongst those 9ja competition is simply because of colourism factor. That's her selling point. Powers that be don't exactly see her as black. As for raw and undiluted Africans, it's gotta be 9ja as they can all see it is the Nigerians that's got similar energy and aura closely similar to African Americans or even Jamaicans as related to black entertainment.

Bro Sammy, that is the guy’s opinion and not Nigeria as a whole. Portable is not more handsome than some Ghanaian artists. The success of Afrobeats is actually a deliberate move by Nigerians at home the diaspora. We are always ready to support any Nigerian artists that go abroad to organize or perform at shows. The truth is that it is not population or looks that are pushing the Nigerian sound but the love we have for our people (excluding our govt). We love all our artists and we are always proud to deliberately play our sounds wherever we are with no apologies.

Truth dey painful, SammyFlex...ur master Shatta Wale has said it all....your musicians dey hungry, some dey crippled, some na bouncer, some ugly(ur man Shatta), most don't have swag, most can't dress...oga rest...you mention Portable, but he has so much swag that appeals to some radical elements both local and international.

I can't believe this is a topic. This man has so much time on his hands talking about such nonsense. Is not everything someone send to you that you take seriously and come talk about. This is such a stupid topic.

The audacity for you guys to always sit and talk about Nigeria and their entertainment industry be it music, movie or their fashion is what is getting me confused all in the name of trying to be relevant. Nigeria podcast, bloggers, media personel, entertainment news do not remember or talk about you guys as much as you talk about us. @Sammy Flex i am sorry but you are too old for this comparisons. Focus more on your artist Shatta Wale. You are amongst the gatekeeper destroying your industry. Today is packaging of the artist. Just stop. Ghana music can move on and it can be global too. Look at Tanzania are they not global? Angelique Kidjo, from Benin republic is she not global? You guys have one ghana musician who is nominated for 2024 Grammy award is he not global? Let the music speaks this pressure on the artists is too much from you guys which is turning out to be an underating of another country and their talent. Just my opinion

@@AfriyieSamuel-yw2vk the point is you guys should stop talking about naija daily just to get engagements. nobody talks about you guys here. every podcast or media house in ghana cant do without naija content and the worse is you people misrepresent naija success every time .
@bestekezie1793Күн бұрын
@AfriyieSamuel-yw2vk i did but not with an open mind like you saw with my write up. These comparison is killing us as Africa. We should stop b4 we destroy our craft a gift given to us from God to individuals not to our nations like gold and oil that our govt. Has destroyed.

in their head they better than naija so the delusion will keep making them live in a bubble . the amount of crap coming out from ghana daily about naija is alarming yet nobody talks about them here
