. I remember having a butcher shop like this in the community, when was a kid. It's a shame that people chose to shop at big name grocery stores It was nice to hear someone tell my grandma he had some pork chops and they were cut just the way she liked them.

She sounds like a true butcher shop owner,'' why pay for an electric saw '' when you can cut it by hand.

This girl could really tie everything together and maximize quality and profits by starting her own farm and raising her own animals and slaughtering them

I was thinking at one time to turn my hobby of making hard cider into a business and thought Luke that. I should have my own apple orchard. But while studying up on it, I realized that is a full time profession as well as the cider making. A person can't do both as well as one would like.

Looks nice meat. Those cutlets look like a thicker british bacon

She had one tip and it was just to buy bone in meat, it was mostly a story about her little shop itself. Pretty misleading title.

A butcher without a bandsaw? That won’t work for the halal business lol

Looks sustainable to me. Has been for over 100 years. She just has to adapt to the changes in marketing

This is wrong and nasty why does it have so many likes and nice comments if all animals want is to live and be free but people take that away from them

Do you realize that human socializing instinct makes us want to believe in something larger than ourselves. 100K years ago, that was the tribe. Then it was God. Now you have just substituted God with a strange desire to "save the animals". And just like the Catholics you self-flagellate yourself by denying a natural instinct. Then you congratulate yourself for your self-discipline. And like the missionaries, you feel compelled to go out and preach. Then relish in those who disagree with you because it gives you a feeling of superiority; that they cannot handle the sacrifices that you make. You are just living out your instincts. God bless ya. And normal people laugh at you as we do the flat-earthers. So go have a steak, cheese & wine. Enjoy the good things in life. It's the only one you get.
