Le Mans Mk.1: Simply the finest looking motorcycle ever made. And though I've never ridden one, if she's like my old 1000S (hard to imagine not) then a handler too, not often said of a '70's machine.

I used a grease gun and cobbled together a fitting to gently remove my brake pistons. The FO8s work well when serviced properly. Very nice machine you have there, looking forward to the road test.

My mate Gaz, bought a mk2 when it was 6 months old, he still has it , i found a benelli front cowl at an autojumble and gave it to him outta brotherhood, he took the lowers off and that way she has stayed...like a mk1 but not :), we call Gaz..the Red Leader :)

It's rare to see a Mk2 with its original fairings these days. They all seem to have been converted to Mk1 lookalikes.
