What a gorgeous book! I wouldn’t be too harsh on the cheery autumn orange night leaves. If anything, perhaps they make a lovely faith metaphor. You still know they’re orange and vibrant even in the darkness, after all; just because it can’t be seen doesn’t mean it isn’t so. 🍂🍁💜 I can’t wait to see more updates! They're all just wonderful, I was thinking a beautiful snowy owl would be nice in the trees in the night. Even thinking if it was in front of the song lyrics peeking thru would be nice, just a thought. Also love that brush pen, I'm going to look for those for my Granddaughter.

Aww Risa, thank you! I suppose it is a sad song, but I thought it was still nice and calm - Mr. Rose is still here, we are having lots of fun bookbinding and gardening together, just being big kids with all our crafty and nerdy projects. He'll pop in for the next episode, I think 😊

Yes Trish! Start an art journal, it is the best! And yes, I paint with gouache, it's my favourite medium (the best part - you can just paint right over any mistakes!) ❤xx
