ফেরার সময় শিলিগুড়ি স্টেশন এ Cupe/cabin allotment request letter দিতে কোনো সমস্যা হয়েছিল? আমরা কালি পূজার সময় দার্জিলিং গেছিলাম। আমাদের সমস্যা হয়েছিল বেশ। আপনারা বলেছিলেন ফেরার সময় ও Application letter জমা দিতে। ভিডিও তে বলেছিলেন ১নম্বর প্ল্যাটফরম এ জমা নেয়। কিন্তু আমাদের বলা হয় Area officer এর অফিস এ যেতে। যেটা অনেক দূরে। ২ঘন্টা দাড়াতে হয়েছে Area officer এর জন্য। উনি চিঠিতে সই করার পর আমরা জমা দিতে পারি চিঠি টা আপনারা ফেরার সময় টা কোথায় Application letter জমা দিলেন details এ একটু বলবেন প্লিজ?
