We have already booked two confirmed tickets of 1AC. I just want to know that since my parents will be travelling from santragachi, do we need to drop the application in New Koilaghat building or is there any other specific office for santragachi station? What if the boarding station does not have EQ dropbox? What should we do in that case?

No one gives the right information. Even after messaging on instagram/facebook, they don't reply. If u have booked 1st ac ticket and ur train originating station and boarding station are different, then u have to go the train starting station physically to submit the application for allotment of coupe. I was very much confused about this and due to which I am not able to bring my dog with me in the train. I have to leave him with someone else
