Great job Mark, every time I watch your videos they take me back. Very informative, I think you covered the high points of staying in the Valley, which is the only way to go. Looking forward to seeing the next one.

Yes, the only way to go! Which also means more time at Valley View! 😍

Definitely a bucket list location for most landscape photographers. My problem is that I can either visit as a photographer or as a husband/father and one is hard to justify over the other and only one leads to being able to take photographs. I guess I will have to visit more than once then. LOL. Great story telling as always.

Multiple visits, for sure! My next visit will be during winter. The problem you mentioned is certainly one that most photographers have. I do hope you get to visit Yosemite regardless!

Thanks, Stig. It’s an amazing place, a photographer’s playground! Btw, I subbed you earlier - loved the winter camping video in Norway! I had plans to visit Norway last year and had to cancel. I hope I can make it happen.

Why stay in a tent cabin when you can upgrade to the Ahwahnee for just an additional $600 per night. 😛 I just checked prices for May 2025. A king bed for $720/night, or the sunroom suite for only $1,421/night. No thanks, I'll look into the campgrounds.

Ha ha, I'm right behind you there. One night in the Ahwahnee suite will cover my airfare and car rental lol. Besides, the only time I'm indoors when at Yosemite is when I'm sleeping.
