As a massive Pikmin fangirl, this video just makes me incredibly happy!!! I would love to expand on this idea and come up with stat distributions for each Pikmon (Pikmin and Pokemon hybrid), as well as abilities, like for instance, Red Pikmin would have Flash Fire, or a similar ability that makes it immune to Fire type moves, boosts attack when hit by a fire type move, and also boost special attack as well. (I would think Red Pikmon would be mixed attackers, whereas Rock and Purple Pikmon would be physical attackers.)

What Pokémon type would the Bulbmin have? Bulbmins are a type of parasitic Pikmin that resembles the Bulborbs, most likely taking over the Bulborb that consumes it in the first place. My guess is Grass/Bug because of the Parasect line

yeah but also the sky pikmin seems to allow any pikmin to be thrown further or potentially double the length, which would be useful still- say you needed to get some sort of treasure on the other side of a large gap but the treasure is behind fire, you can't just toss a yellow at it

Yellows are thrown higher, not farther.

The whole reason yellow pikmin can be thrown higher is because their huge ears pick up a lot of air which is what causes them to go high.

These Pikmin are all so cool with the biology aspects to them, like the Phychic Pikmin looking like Brocoli and the Beast Pikmin looking like a giant gourd! You should do this more often with the enemies like Bulborbs and Wollyhops! (Also I think the Hive Pikmin has a cool concept with the eating immunity, but it kind of stings me that the Yellow colors are too similar. It should be like a gold color like honey)
