When I started watching Twin Peaks, I had no idea what was in store for me. Many hours of obsession later, I made it to the five most iconic (in my opinion) filming locations from the show. I make a quick pit stop in Seattle with my mom after arriving. Then, we go head first into the best locations from the show. First, we make it over to the Kiana Lodge just off the shore on a boat. Here is where they found Laura's body on the show in the first episode. Next, we make it over to the area where the Welcome to Twin Peaks sign was located. The bridge that Ronette walked across was theoretically next on the list only for me to find out later that I had in fact filmed the wrong bridge. OOPS! After that slip up, we visited the Double R Cafe (Twede's Cafe now). I bought some damn fine coffee and several stickers which now live around my house. Of course, the last place we would have to hit would be the stunning Snoqualmie Falls. My parents were telling me that the falls are the 2nd most visited place in Washington, so it's definitely worth a stop even if you are not feverishly dreaming of Laura Palmer. Leave a comment and let me know if you have ever seen the show!
