Sergio, you got your wish. I counted the birds in the film with a superfluxdigitox counter - there were 2,347, 271 birds JUST IN THE FILM. You probably saw 4+ million. MARVELOUS filmwork and no Fifi! Loved the birds. I'm an amateur Wildlife photographer in Florida, and I've known many that would strenuously object using such measures to make birds take off like that... but I think it was soooooo cool. Lucky you happened across a guy that knew the trick.

Rhoda the first trip I took into your country was the Hula Valley. I found it fantastic and beautiful. I found the walk bridges across the water so unique and great to view all the Valley. I did not see many birds but many ground hogs---what I call the animal you saw and It appeared so suddenly that it startled me. The backpack he was packing surely would suggest Mount Hermon and if so I look forward to the beauty of the mountains! However, with Hezbollah activity in Lebanon and Syria if they go there we need to pray for God to protect them on their journey. I figured it was between Mount Hermon and the city of David but not sure why they would need to pack to visit Jerusalem. You went to the wrong place to see the birds. A few hundreds meters from the Hulla reserve, there is Agamon Ha-Hulla. It's a little lake which was reflooded a few years ago. This is where all the birds go to as they get fed there. You can either walk, rent golf carts or ride one of the special trucks they have there. This will take you to the shelters from which you can see the birds up-close. The best time is just before sunset. Then you can see thousands of birds landing there. It looks like an airport.

S&R wonderful video as usual, as a young believer in the early 70's I fell in in love with prophecy as God's word became illuminated in my spirit. One question I always thought of how would God bring so many birds into The land as per Ezekiel 39, answer, global warming. According to Tel Aviv university Prof Yossi Leshem a non-believer. When God says something will happen make plans it's to going to occur with out fail 100% of the time. Thanks again for your wonderful work.

Actually, Israel has long served as a prime stop on many migration routes for many species of birds. This has been true through various changes in climate over millennia, although not as much during the centuries of Muslim rule, since much of the land was drier due to neglect. Global temperatures have gone through numerous up-and-down cycles, and the average temperatures in most of Earth's history were warmer than now.

You two never cease to amaze me! I wish I were young again and could do things over, I would go to Israel and see all those places with my loved one on my side like you two do! I can just see the love between the two of you such a blessing! And you were sad that you did not see the birds as they were blanketing the ground and not the skies. This too is biblical for after the biblical battles these birds will eat the flesh of God's enemies, not to sound morbid but I just think that preserving the swamp so the birds can migrate and so many of them just shows how prophetic it is. As to where you are off to next, I was guessing the City of David but I'm not sure why you would have to pack so much for that. Are you coming back to Sarasota as Charlie believes? That would be awesome especially since I know it is your hearts desire!! Thank you!! The laser guy was from the parks authority. He was doing this to protect the birds from prey animals at night, and the farm machinery the next morning. The birds were outside of the lands which are protected with surrounding water. By stirring them up with the laser, he moved them to the protected lands where they'll be mostly safe at night and can continue their journey the next day.
