I am so hearing this and nodding my head. Growing up I was always anxious but I could forget for a while whereas now it feels like it's everything all at once. The what ifs dance faster we can answer them in the same terror and delight a classroom with irresistible curiosity can invoke depending on if it's a positive or negative trail It took me forever to realize when I am hungry I get anxiety issues due to vitamin and calorie imbalances as a kid. So I started drinking extra vita protein drinks for that time of month and it helped sooth out that week of mega uber anxiety whiplash. It's totally different for everyone, and I am working out the other triggers. Felt like I can totally relate to your post! Cheering you on bc damn it is a rough but beautiful world outside eh? Thanks for making the space to relate and squeal a bit Take care on your journey XD

Ok here is some advice . You can take it or ignore it , that is up to you. Take 5 minutes of your day just to sit down and do nothing . Dont even let your thoughts take over. Have a walk in the countryside or do something " green" . Continue to listen to music like this , or the sounds of nature . Slow down Have compassion for the world and its problems , help if you can. But realise that you alone cannot solve the worlds problems and the world is not perfect anyway. Ignore the news , always a trigger for depression Discover your inner child . Play on the park swings when no one is looking . I do . Replete this sentence use it as a mantra .All was well, all is well and all manner of things shall be well. And then believe it Do something funny I hope this works for you. It does for me. I hope you get better soon . Love from Sue

Witgin just 3 weeks.. sleep rhythm got completely btocken, the i couldn't really sleep anymore, developed chronic tinnitus, suddenly all my teeth started aching, also got a migraine both in my head and eyes, and now i might also have catched corona...
