12:10 Because more than 1 million people came to Canada after pandemic from Third World Countries as Students, Refugees, TFW and Jobs, housing and services got scarce. These homeless folks had some kind of jobs, an apartment before, but were replaced by the immigrants. They slowly fell into mental health problem, addictions etc

A major part of the answer to why there are more people experiencing the misery of homelessness is the 30+ years since governments abandoned significant commitment to building social housing and failed to provide adequate community services for people with mental illnesses and developmental conditions who were deinstitutionalized.

While people were sleeping in minus 45 temps outside , Trudeau was sleeping at a Jamaican resort that costs 9000 a night. May be there is nothing wrong with a PM to have a vacation but where is that sense of guilt as a human being to say may be let me skip this vacation and donate the money to the homeless in this time of crisis.
