My high self knows how much i struggle with letting stuff go and that’s why i was feeling like i needed to open my eyes but i said no and i just keep on listening to her voice and it was just amazing i know I’m on the right path and everyday i am so thankful for my guides ❤️

This was my first time meditating with this one and i have no words. In the beginning, i felt uncomfortable, my spine was tingling and itching and i wanted to move so badly, but kept listening your voice and focusing on my higher self. Then i started to feel light and its pressure, and i never felt so good. I didn't even realise that the energy of my higher self is the most strongest it was almost unbearable for me not to move. I smiled throughout this meditation and kept saying «wow». Thank you for providing this meditation, i really appreciate and will use it often to connect with my higher self. Much love 💝💞🍒

My higher self came as a winged dragon. I mounted her and we were flying and hovering in the air during the whole meditation. I wrapped my arms tightly around her neck and felt her strength. Before she showed up, I saw a flower of light blooming out of me, maybe a water-lilly, opening and closing its petals, like in dance. I enjoyed the feeling of comfort and safeness she offered me.

My higher self is like a soft spiky golden ball of energy/light. Oddly I thought I’d find something different but it fits very well with who I am. Like I don’t think I could ever think of a better image of what my higher self would be. Like when I saw my higher self I was like yes, that is without a doubt my higher self. It makes me safe to know that it’s not just ‘imagination’ as my imagination is really wild. For it to just be a calm golden soft little energy ball floating down into me giving me calmness, reassurance, and connection. My higher self is amazing. Truly felt so connected it’s indescribable. Like a soulmate almost. A little weird to say but my higher self also popped little fuzzy golden hands to hug me as she entered me. Maybe that’s apart of my imagination? But I found it extremely soothing and full of love - like a mothers touch. A oddly mixture of elegant, beautiful, and qualities of ‘cuteness’ which I can’t really describe. Just fits… 😂 Thank you I feel so reassured.

Definitely was very powerful...even though I felt that huge vibration I stayed calm be cause my heart was beating really fast. I stayed focus and breathing just like she said before the presence shows up. I think in the past when I tried for first time,I freaked waaaaaaay too much without any trust what so ever. Today was different and I know my higher self knew why I came. So my first reaction was pure grateful and finished the meditation in the same state of gratefulness . So for those who feel scare please don’t. Focus pure in your breath and no matter how your eyes might want to open due to the vibration you will be able to remain calm. ❤️

First of all, I felt all tingly and almost a cold sensation run over my upper body. I was in a white room, floating, looking at everything in wonder and awe taking everything in feeling free and full of love and happiness. Then, I stood up, walked towards the centre of the light and after some time of standing there some of the light was turning into glitter/sparkles falling from high above. at some point during this meditation all the light clouded my vision and i could just see two beams of white light cloud over and move to the sound of your voice.... magical!!!

This experience was amazing. I have aphantasia and cannot see images in my brain, but during this meditation there was moving color that I could detect...and the colors matched up with the chakra colors. When I thought of my higher self I saw pink, even before you mentioned the crown chakra. Every time I thought of her pulsating pink was visible. Thank you!
