Hey sisterita! I am so thrilled for you that your original video and this idea of a prayer bible has taken off as it has! I am about to order a bible to dedicate it to being my prayer bible. Been struggling with choosing one for weeks now lol but I finally found one that spoke to me and bonus, the seller (on ebay) offered a discounted price on it today so it's like it was meant to be lol. . I hope and pray that more people catch on and we all become stronger in our prayer lives (I know I need to!!). Thank you so much for the idea!! ❤❤❤

Good afternoon! I watched your prior video & I think because I watched Sisteritas and others KZbin led me to you. I being in my 70s I now have time and I pray a lot. The Lord impressed on my heart to lean in closer to Him as I cling to His word and found Jessica, had an aha moment to pray scriptures over each person, our leaders & prayer needs. God's awesome even using the internet which he gave people knowledge to create. Blessings to you 🙏!

I personally believe the "prayer Bible" concept stems from the "child training bible" and "the Virtue bible". Back in 2013 a homeschooling mom created a way of using quick references to scripture to help train and teach her children to go to the Bible for everything. Its really an amazing concept. At the time she released the cards and references I felt it wasnt in our resources to purchase it, but have used a similar method for my our Bible study and quick reference tabs in my Bible. This is by no means a new concept, just a new spin on it, plus "the sistaritas club" makes more eye catching and pretty. But I honestly have no idea if she has ever hear of "the child training bible". I brought a compact Bible to carry in my purse after reading Cory Ten-boune, and felt I should always have a Bible with me, then I had a moment at a homeschool co-op where a child asked if I have Bible and if she could see it and if I could show her the verse I mentioned, so she could read it herself; so I did. Apparently, that was unacceptable at this homeschool co-op as its considered teaching/preaching...long story...!Anyways, I stopped carrying that Bible due to that incident. And have been wondering what to use it for and I would like to start carrying it my purse again. Maybe a prayer Bible is the answer!

The more I dive into my bible studies, including Christian youtube content, the more I realize how weak my prayer habit is, so I've been more deliberate to keep prayer in my daily routine.... I've started putting together a topical pocket prayer booklet that I'll print out when I'm done typing them out.
