Need to speak on Creedmoor sports . I was having an issue with an item that I ordered from creedmore, the equipment itself was fine ,great quality , worked perfectly fine, but after using for a short period of time found that it just did not fit my needs . I sent an email this morning , within an hour I got a response stating I would get a phone call , within the next hour I got a phone call directly from Jared . Explained my situation to him he listened, he understood , he offered possible alternatives solutions and at the end of our conversation transferred me over to Melanie who within five minutes had a return shipping label emailed to me … no muss no fuss customer service that is second to none . And I must reiterate that there was nothing wrong with the gear that I had ordered was just not for me . I can’t speak highly enough about an Creedmoor Sports they are definitely on my preferred vendor list …

So I just received mine last night . Let it warm up for an hour , calibrated and played for a while . She is pretty precise and consistent . Repeatability was great . She reacts a bit slower than I am use to with the cheaper scales but thats to be expected with a precision scale . Definitely must be aware of air movement and or breathing lol . I moved her around on the bench and even bumped her a few times and returned to zero pretty much every time . I weighed a primer , wrote it down , left her on overnight , weighed it this morning and got the exact same number . All in all pretty good scale for the price . Definitely fits what I have been needing . Only negatives are the buttons seem a little cheep and does not have leveling legs/posts , but other than that Im good with it .

I have a 1950's improved "SpeedLode Bullet and Powder Scale" made by "Santa Fe" which was a division of the "Golden State Arms Corporation". It has the hydraulic damping system to quickly stop the swinging. Great scale which does not need batteries, does not need to warm up, is not effected by EMF, and best of all is accuracy rated to within 0.05 grains. That is a better than most digital scales rated at 0.1 grain. I use the RCBS Competition Powder Measure with Small Metering Drum and micrometer to throw the powder into the pan, set the pan on the scale and trickle up with the Lyman Brass Smith Trickler. Then I use a Satern static free aluminum funnel to charge the cases with. I can easily get a highly accurate charge into a case within 5 seconds. Go "Old School" or go home!

Ordered one to compliment my Mark 7 Apex 10 progressive press. Got tired of the constant zero drift and non-repeatability of the Hornady M2, Lyman MicroTouch 1500 and the MTM Case-Gard 750.

I've been using an electronic powder measure and scale combo for several years and it made a huge impact on my reloading. The accuracy of this scale is taking the consistency of my match ammo to another level. Well worth the purchase. Kudos, Creedmoor Sports

Ive had mine for 3 weeks now and my opinion has changed , I have become frustrated while weighing my loads , I have to tare about every charges , its responce time is super slow , especially while trickling ....like frustrated to a point of not enjoying / looking forward to weighing powder ....I will contact them monday to return .....

You should make a 3d printed bullet jig that holds the bullet in the same spot everytime. Maybe a couple sizes, 22 & 30?

If it doesn't already, your scale caddy needs to have leveling feet added to it. Then it'll be the perfect compliment to the scale.

Is it a load-cell or a magnetic force restoration style scale? I assume MFR but haven't had a chance to look through the specs yet.

They make an issue about this being designed and calibrated in grains to avoid rounding/conversion errors and then they provide calibration weights in grams?

Wish the powder tray was ambidextrous…yes my bolt is is on the wrong side but just because I got my right eye poked out…but better than not shooting ! Thanks

Thats not the Wrong Side, lost sight in my right eye at age 7, hit by a line drive baseball. Hit by a guy stood 6' 1" 220 ,not fat. hit the outside corner of my right eye brow. Lights Out!

I won't buy another scale that comes with just one weight.If it doesn't pass the Trickle Test it ain't coming home with me. Nice Scale

Ahm.... How is it that the scale is set in Grains, yet the weights that come with it are in Grams???? Seems to me that it's just a Gram scale that powers on and defaults to grains. I have a old frankford arsenal pocket scale that will do that.
