@Janella Murphy Amen to that. Singleness is often time seen as a deficit, and many will not understand that we are happily single. Sometimes, we ourselves don't appreciate this season, I can attest to it, but I'm learning. We need to support each other just as people in marriages do.

I was with the wrong husband I was a good wife to him in every sense of the word. Not argumentative not loud willing to work it out with him. He was the problem he got married did the same to his second wife she end up leaving him and got married to someone else. He realize he was the problem but it’s to late for him and I. He is still living a life of sin. My life has changed now living for God.

People have made marriage an idol. I’m 38. Not married. No kids. Content and happy and people are often times very bothered by it because they expect me to be miserable. Marriage is not a life goal for me. If it happens it will be a God thing.

At 32 I've been through so much bad and I'm a mother of 2 young boys. Been through the foster care system and both parents being unstable in so many ways has taught me a lot of WRONGS. I've always been one to want to do better always. So this message speaks volumes to me. I've looked for love in all the wrong places. But with that I can see how much time I've wasted. I do want a husband and I'm not ashamed to say it.... but I no longer want to waste my life away. I'll be single and happy in it as God prepares me for "him". Until then I'm loving on me and my boys!

I travelled to Paris and Lisbon by myself as a single lady. Best days ever!!!! I travelled to The Algarve with my 5 year old daughter as a single mum. Best days ever!!! My fiance and I met at a friend's wedding. My daughter and I were living our best life, even at the wedding. My fiance told the groom, days after the wedding, he would marry me. We hit off this peaceful, beautiful connection right away. The rest is history. God is the foundation of us. This is a new experience for me. Live your best life in all seasons.

@@er_5406 the power of the subconscious mind shapes our reality. If I speak a thing, but hesitant to believe that thing can actually come to pass, it will not come to fruition. Our thoughts (beliefs) are more powerful than our words. To manifest our desires, our thoughts must align with our words and vice versa. It’s universal order/manifestation/alignment.

You're single until married. Don't glamorize married waiting and settle just because. Live while you live. If marriage happens, make sure it positively adds to your life. If marriage doesn't happen, keep positively adding to your life.

I'll be 40 in a few weeks. I've never been married. I don't have any children. God has blessed me with a great career, and I'm blessed to have a spiritual relationship with Him. Similarly, I get asked the same questions. Why are you not married? Why don't you have any children? This video further confirms don't let it discourage me, and definitely a reminder not to just settle. I'm attracting a God-ordained centered relationship/marriage. I've got the book and can't wait to read it. Continual blessings to you both.

I kid u not guys. Took her book with me to read on a flight and after the foreword/intro I had a gut reaction that the relationship I was in would not survive. I read the book all the way to my destination and within 1-2 days, I was able to see with full clarity who the guy I was with was. He acted up and unlike all the other times he acted up, this time I heard Faith in my ears. That relationship ended before my 4 day trip could wrap up. Never spoke with him again…it’s been tough tho but I’m not settling for crumbs and hope. I credit Faith for helping me walk away.

I can totally relate to what she is saying, throughout my 20’s I enjoyed dating and thought marriage would come eventually, it wasn’t until I graduated from college and well into my career everyone around me was asking “when are you getting married?” “when are you going to start having babies you know you’re not getting any younger?” that’s when I started getting anxious and feeling inadequate. I’ve been married for 14 years now, and one thing I’ve learned is everybody isn’t meant to be married we can be our best selves on our own, marriage isn’t a milestone we all have to reach, it is a beautiful union but its hard work even with the most stable relationship. If I could go back to my 20 year old self I would tell her not to listen to people and stress over getting married.

⭐️This episode has answered soooooo many of my being single questions. I’ve followed faith from judge faith all the way to divorce court but never have I received as much enlightenment as I did from her right now. You hear people say all the time to be your own happiness and date your self but they never tell you how. I write down affirmations until im blue in the face because im big on law of attraction and keeping my vibrations high because you attract the people who are on your same vibration. I know this. But Faith…. This was so detailed that I feel like I was supposed to pay for listening to you drop these gems. I just cleaned out my walk in closet and was wondering what to do with all the extra wall space. Now i see why i was driven to clean it this morning… it’s because I am going to put a picture up of you, kenny and your story as a reminder that finding someone just as healthy as me is out there. Im buying your book just as a thank you. My daughters dad was killed when she was 5 days old, this was 10 years ago. She has never seen me in a relationship because I haven’t found anyone in a good place. I don’t want my daughter growing up up not knowing how a man should treat a woman and you made me feel better about having standards. Crazy how you’ve changed my life and you don’t even know it. -Natalya Bonhomme

I agree because I had to learn in my life not to wait on my husband at the time to make me happy and do things with! You’re spot on with the title and topics, I settled for 25 years and we never became one so I took a leap of faith and walked away from it. I’m more happier alone then I was while married. I have peace that I will not compromise with no one or nothing.

Amen. All break ups and rejection is not about us. I held on to a relationship for 18 years. I knew he didn’t want me like I wanted him but I didn’t want start over. Eventually I walked away. Shocked him. Not sure why he was shocked. First I was resentful because when I met him I could still have children. Now I’m past that stage. I am traveling now and enjoying me. I found that I am the best date I know.

I am 36 years old although I don't look it so when people find out my age, they will say "wow you're so pretty and have a good career so why aren't you married." I try not to feel bad about myself especially after coming from a relationship where I picked up myself and traveled to another state to be with him. In the meantime, I have been doing solo travel internationally and traveling to places I never thought I would but that's God. In due time, God will send the man that he has ordained for me. When God provide something for you, you just know because there's peace.

I have the book and bought it last year as Christmas gifts for friends that were in or not in relationships. Hearing Faith talk about her book in her own voice was even more powerful. I have been through it all like most and have not given up on finding my husband. Laterras, thank you for this platform for men/women to see it is okay to be vulnerable and get knowledge on things that may not feel comfortable in talking to their "friends". Faith, I am sooooo happy for you and thank you for this book.

Beautiful , intelligent, lovely Judge Faith ! I did read the book last year & it definitely helped me feel secure in my singleness , bc society tends to stigmatize singleness at a certain age (43) as if there’s something wrong . But In my reality there’s something very right in me choosing to embrace the season I’m in . Love this episode !

So much wisdom in this interview. Some nuggets “ Your good news will always be a threat to an insecure person” “You will not find someone in a happy healthy fulfilled place in their life telling you that you’re going to fail at something” Consider the source… “ do not take criticism from someone who you wouldn’t take advice from… damaged dreamers are not telling you your story, they’re telling you theirs” they speak from a place of their trauma or pain not from a place of what’s possible for you . With God ALL things are possible

I went over to Kindle and bought the book before this spectacular, educational, inspiring, life-affirming podcast ended. Woo! This was a blessing. I watched Kenny Lattimore's episode earlier today and Faith's is the icing on the cake. Getting both of their perspectives on their journeys is incredible! I admire the way Kenny and Faith carry themselves. You see why they're together. I pray they have a healthy, lifelong union and safe, smooth delivery of their baby.

I loved this episode. I'm a 36 year old single mother and God has blessed me with a career I've always prayed for. I've been told to diminish myself so that I will not scare any potential boyfriends away. Though I want to be a wife one day, in this season I am traveling as much as I can and pursuing a relationship with God and being the kind of woman I can be proud of. This episode really is an affirmation to keep doing what I'm doing.

Wow, I accidentally stumbled onto this podcast, I’m listening to it, it’s 02:30am in the morning and I just can’t stop listening to this. This was very encouraging and what particularly encouraged me was the fact that a beautiful accomplished woman in her career puts the word of God centre of her life and as always, God does not disappoint. I tap into this testimony and blessing in Jesus name. In the meantime, I’m going onto Amazon right now to order the hard copy book. So inspiring

So excited to have Faith on here! And I just managed to get the book 2 weeks ago. Love love her! Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. I hear her talk about the red flags we tend to zoom past at the start because “he’s so handsome” and I just laugh at myself because ain’t she preaching?! Laterras, on the sowing where you any to go, my pastor has said this since I was I don’t know how old. What a principle to live by! A words of affirmation ceremony instead of a regular stud party???!!! Goodness! Where is this group of men? 👀 I am not jaded in my view of men in general by any means but I sure would love to know a group of men who are solid and principled. “Do not take criticism from people you won’t take advice from.”
