Don't worry, there are so many books in the world, there are books you've read that other people haven't read. Don't feel obligated to read anything you don't want to. And at the end of the day they're fine but they're not exactly genre defining or world changing. The films do a perfectly decent job of establishing the world if you just wanna be able to coast by on just enough context to understand the references made by people who are so obsessed they can't get through a sentence without referencing it, but at the end of the day that's a them problem, not a you problem. Just read what you like.

There are many Harry Potter books editions, example: Hufflepuff edition, Slytherin edition etc. So you have many Harry Potter books in different designs... extra aesthetic plus if you know your House, that book will feel even more special to you if you buy your House edition
