I ❤ ice rolling my face when I wake up, too. It actually helps decompress the puffiness around the eyes and nose from sleep. I think it feels amazing, too, and wakes me up for the day. I've heard that using a face roller(or whtvr they're called lol) on your lymphnodes around your throat and ears helps drain them and has health benefits.
