As a DMD I can tell you that the correct way is to brush your teeth as soon as you wake up because the pH value in your mouth drops due to the lack of saliva secretion during sleep and eating in the morning prior to washing your teeth disrupts the pH value even more and puts you at more risk of caries and other types of tooth enamel damage caused by the acidity. Hope this brings more insight into the subject. 😇 By the way, love the video! 💗

Love your videos only been a couple of months of watching but now I can’t wait until you post 😊 I have suffered with IBS for over 10 years I’m gluten and dairy free and has helped me lots, I would recommend doing a intolerance test 😊 And you could be waking up bloated firm something you eat the day before

I have a weird method with the teeth brushing- so i brush my teeth with toothpaste but only MY teeth, not on my tongue and I just use a tongue scraper on my tongue and then that way my food doesn't taste weird, and then I eat breakfast and I rebrush my teeth and tongue and floss and tongue scrape after I eat lol.

I brush my teeth just after i wake up first bcs everyone in my country does that and second bcs it is said if you eat first a lot of bacteria that was in your mouth while you are sleeping is consumed if you directly eat food. So just my opinion brush your teeth as you wake up👍
