Hello everybody! 🌈 In this video that I filmed weeks ago, you'll just watch me eating / preparing snacks lol. This is my usual day at my apartment when I make content & try to just enjoy the day. I'm a life-long (like, since 1970 or so) insomniac, so I 'go to bed', but end up reading my Kindle, or watching KZbin videos (usually music videos) to relax myself. It then takes a couple-few hours until I eventually fall asleep. I have tried just lying in the dark, but that makes me even more sleepless than if I'm doing something. Thank you for sharing your routine, Kaila.

It’s fun to see day in the life videos. I’m in California in the US. My work day now is pretty normal, except for wearing a mask all day. I work at a pets hotel taking care of dogs 🐶💜 My work morning routine is to get up, get dressed and pack my lunch that I made the night before. I then make oatmeal for breakfast and watch some YT before leaving. A typical day off consists of YT in the morning with breakfast & tea. And then the rest of the day is a mix of crafting, watching tv and snacking lol

Wait--did you sleep all night on that textured/massage point mat? 😲😵 Actually, I'm curious about those adhesive rolling floor cleaners. They seem quite popular in Japan, and I sort of want to try them, yet I feel worried that they may be rather bad for the environment. (The ones I have for clothing use are plastic sheets.) Is there a special way that they are much better than sweeping or vacuuming? Do they serve a different purpose I am missing just by observing them being used? I keep talking myself out of buying at MUJI, so I want to hear your impressions as a user, please! ☺️

I think that Japan has a lot of washable things like that? I have a toilet seat cover that is both adhesive and machine washable!!

I just used the acupressure mat for around 10-15 minutes then went straight to bed. The “korokoro” roller floor cleaner is just for easy cleaning (hair / dust / etc). I still use vacuum when I clean.
