med student here - the fried rice syndrome is actually dangerous when it comes to the amount of time the rice stays out on the counter after you cook it! as long as it doesn't stay out too long and you refrigerate it, its all good to reheat :D

I used to be a keep-the-box girlie and then when I lived abroad I bought many gadgets and kept the boxes till it was time for me to move back home (I was prepared to take all the boxes and place them in my luggage but I had no space lol 🙈) facetimed my mom she told me to let them go because why would I take boxes with me that would waste space in my bag as I am traveling across the world haha and then I threw away all the boxes haha. Now I don't have any attachment to any boxes whatsoever 🤣sometimes I think mh maybe this box would be great to keep and on trash days I'll throw them away.
