I wasn't feeling like myself in my usual routine so I decided to switch it up for a couple days. In today's video, we go to a new cycling, bodypump, and weight lifting class. She’s doing Pilates & honestly pilates is so challenging it tones your entire body up so good!

Pilates does tone you up but it won’t build muscle and I think she would look extra bomb if her legs had a bit muscle to go with her glutes.
