Wait ...so in previous slide salesforce mention Sales Rep , Support rep etc as persona but then in next slide speaker saying that Those are not persona ...so which one is right ?

Good Information , but presented in rush. Also it start on approach and strategy --> and suddenly very operational. would be great if buyan was allowed to manage speed , and quality of approach , and operational could be at last.
