that 2-shot service rifle is a nice drop -- i think you'll like the feel of it. reloading the clip is a bit rough, but it's definitely a step up from the single-round rifle, especially when you're getting mobbed.

@@Beast_within_u i've got the Bullet Counted Reload System active in my Frost profile, but it wasn't listed with the compatible mods for London yet. i'm waiting for the first formal patch (not hotfix) to clean up some of the weapon bugs i've seen before testing additional mods with London -- still running just the London overhaul and the physics fix for the time being.

I don't smoke, but the way I understand it, a cigar tastes best if it is kept at a certain level of humidity. Hence the humidor, a special climate controlled cigar storage. A dry cigar will have decreased significantly in quality.

Other than all of the op foxes. That group of Dryads were probably my first real struggle in the game, sometimes the bullet sponginess nature of fallout is kinda ridiculous, i wasted so much ammo

Kinda wish legendaries sold well so they would at least have a purpose even if the legendary effect they spawned with sucks. Like the named legendaries you buy from vendors cost a lot so legendary spawns should too.

Just a leveling heads up, there are a very few settlements in London you can get, but you’ll need local leader 2 to craft benches at them. Don’t get shafted like I did

Yeah, that's a reason I'm considering just keeping the Dock as my main base... all the benches and I don't have to invest 5 pts of charisma and 2 points into LL, all for a bit of convenience, ugh.

Personally, I think Wounding is a better effect for a Legendary shotgun. With Explosive, sure, you can increase the damage with the Demolitions skill, but you have to worry about the explosive damage reflecting back onto you if you're too close.

Wounding for Shotguns is a solid effect, however the trick very few people seems to know is that an Explosive Combat Shotgun (when you get that bad boy) is excellent even at mid-to-long range, just try it, you'll see what I mean (even better in Fallout London since they added some chokes that increased range). Of course you have the risk of hurting yourself, but explosive is more versatile (and you can't nuke make omelet without nuking some eggs). Instigating is also top tier for shotguns, even the "Kneecapper" effect is quite amazing.

Well, I'd be overjoyed at any automatic or multiple projectile weapon that got either wounding or explosive, however, the issue with wounding is that it takes time to ramp up. Given how crazy high the incoming damage is in this mod (I've been instakilled many times now even with the heaviest armor I can find and 30% damage reduction from Lone Wanderer, and 4 endurance isn't awful either), I prefer my damage to be... instant and up front whenever possible. That way I don't get instantly killed while I'm waiting for wounding to do it's thing. I'm curious if they allowed explosive or wounding to drop on a zap gun. The listed fire rate on those is 666 with the fastest receiver, which is almost double the fire rate of a gatling laser. If they did... explosive or wounding on those will be ludicrous.

You didn't misread ladybug. That was changed in the update. Grab pencils for lightweight lead and wood. Good for making ammo and cooking.

Around WW1, there was a weapons embargo against China, they weren't allowed to import military arms. Because of that, the Mauser "broomhandle" in all its variants became _really_ popular. There were also a lot of copies made, of varying quality. The Chinese pistol in Fallout is a reference to this, and it makes perfect sense to have a "submachine gun" in the shape of a Mauser Schnellfeuer carbine.

Cigars are stored in a humidor to preserve a certain moisture content. If a cigar is left outside of a humidor for long enough, it will dry out, become brittle, and start to unravel. It will also burn much too quickly to be an enjoyable smoke.

Yes they fixed the ladybird vs ladybug issue, no one calls is a ladybug apart from Americans. They aren't bugs at all. For the dolls you are thinking of a different type, I'm not sure if the special ones you collect have any weight or are in misc

Ohhhhh goddamn sir! That Two-Shot Service Rifle is sweeeettttt! Now you have a proper Sniper. Next an Explosive or Wounding Combat Shotgun please! 😉(Just saying... those 2 Legendary effects are simply the best for Shotguns, same goes for the Minigun) Also, might be worth thinking if you want to invest 2 point in INT. for "Gun Nut" so you can make better weapon mods (or not), food for thoughts, and at 3 INT "Idiot Savant" will still proc (you'll lose 2% chance only and the benefit are worth it IMO). This playthrough is good stuff btw, good hunting. Before I forget... Bleach is indeed a base...

You don't need a "Keep that Bottle" mod, but consider a mod that let you fill all your bottle at once (should have been a possibilty on vanilla survival, it's such a QoL mod). That episode was top notch btw.

havent seen a way to cook them yet. Maybe just haven't found enough of it. But dog meat is a 1 to 1 recipe that is good for a moderate amount of hunger, seems good.

@@TheWandererPlays I haven't check the recipes of Fallout London yet I know a couple from watching your playthrough. (I did an overhaul mod a while back with a recipe called "Cat Soup" it give +1 to both AGI and PER for 10 minutes (in-game), requiring 1 carrot, 1 tato, 3 pieces of triple A cat meat, and of course 1 dirty water... since Cat meat in Fallout 4 is very rare it's an uncommon dish to prepare, Bon Appétit! In Fallout 2, when the player visit "The Den", you can have some interesting lore about cats being chased/eated to almost instinction.
