One day I just decided that I was done, that I wanted to build my relationship with the Lord, and I had seen on tiktok that still listening to worldly music wasn't the way to go. There are also apps for purchase that you can listen to the scriptures be read to you aloud. Acknowledging where you are at is the first step to healing. You are going to be ok. You will have a powerful testimony that will help others who went through similar experiences as you. Once you start taking steps towards God, the demons will flee, and God will take you by the hand and guide you every step of the way. Take it one step, one moment, one day at a time. And you don’t have to be perfect in your prayers to God. Just come to him as you are and pour out your heart. He already knows you’re broken and is waiting for you to use your free will to come to him so that he can heal you. I have been where you are and God has pruned me and made me anew, so I’m speaking from personal experience. Anyways, there is light at the end of the tunnel and if you feel like no one loves you, I do.

Real sleep paralysis is when a spirit has kept you from waking up in your dreams and that is where you continue to live your life. It is not when you are waking up and your frozen for a second. She laid a hand on our heads and started speaking "tongues". I was watching her as she was speaking and immediately knew it wasn't of God, and went into tongues myself coming out of agreement w/ and canceling the assignment of whatever she was trying to impart to me. I don’t follow Beyoncé closely, but I couldn’t help but notice a change over the decades. I remember when I was young, she did an ABC interview in like 2007. She was so bright, bubbly, charismatic and sweet. She had so much personality!!! She kept giving all of her glory to Jesus and praising God. She was so humble and it made me absolutely love her. When the album Beyoncé came out in 2013, I remember thinking the same way that you did “this isn’t her vibe”. The album was arrogant, vapid, exclusive and self promoting. I have been convicted for years about her music. I really stopped following her after Lemonade came out. That album was so unsettling for me. I still haven’t watched it. I finally deleted all of her music from my music this summer. I was using the peloton app. She partnered with them and I was doing one of the Beyoncé themed workouts, with all her music. I heard a strong rebuke that said “TURN THAT OFF!”. It scared me. I grew up as a huge fan for her, but it is clear that she has fallen into darkness. I have prayed for her over the years and in my prayer time last year, God told me that she knows what she is doing. God will not save someone who has signed a blood contract. Please understand that just like there are rules in heaven, there are rules in hell. One of the biggest rules is they have to tell you certain truths before you sign those contracts in order to validate them. Do not be so naïve as to believe prayers for an evil person can save them. God is great, but even he would acknowledge valid blood contract presented before him. Beyoncé was well informed before signing that deal. Focus on your own salvation and pray for those who haven’t made such deals. Accept the truth that God has shown you and move towards saving those who still can be saved. Do not throw pearls before swine, for it is written in the Bible that those who rebuke God repeatedly are eventually cast out by him. In essence, God cuts the cord to these people and leaves them to their choices. It is sad she’s lost but realize it was a choice she willingly made. Some people cannot and do not want to be saved. Holy Spirit was vexed when I attempted to listen to this new album. I could not get through it. I looked at the lyrics to Cuff It and I was flabbergasted. I could not believe that the whole world was dancing to this song, while she promoted getting drunk, doing drugs, being promiscuous. It blew my mind. I had a long conversation about her and her music with my 16-year old who thankfully told me, "Mommy, I don't like her music." Praise ye the Lord! As soon as she got with Jay-Z, I noticed the change. Finally, I pray for her children who are growing up in that world. We, the Believers, must truly commit to our prayer lives bc spiritual warfare is real. God spoke to me about my prayer life a few years before the pandemic and I let everything distract me from consistently praying as HE instructed but no more. And I don't mean these quick prayers in the morning, bedtime, before we eat, etc. It is time to make our prayer time a serious part of our daily routines. It is time to seek God first.

God revealed these things about Beyonce to me over 7 years ago. I had to delete her music which broke my heart. Even now when i tried to put her songs in my likes list, I couldn't let it stay. I would end up deleting it by the day or the end of the week. Im still exposed to her music and if it plays it plays but i dont seek her out. I wish the situation was different because she is talented but God knows more than I do. I have to trust Him. Now, I'm working on my bond with secular music in general. Hardest battle for me.

I gave up secular music a few years ago when I got saved. When I was trying to explain to my family, who by the way, do say they are Christian but don't understand that if what we are doing and saying doesn't honor God, then it's not of God. Please pray for them to catch the desire to open their eyes to what God is trying to say and show them. Thank you Father, for God-fearing Word you shared with us through Ms. LaLa and thank you for her obedience as well.
