I love your video. it is a good idea to carve the lid sideways, but one tip - if you carve a hole in the bottom rather than the top, the lid won't fall in as it dries out. It is easier as well to light the candle and put the pumpkin over it than to try to keep the candle standing upright in the pumpkin.

Pumpkin carving is one of my favorite activities. We used to do one each for my kids and me, so we had 5 and at times if they brought a friend to stay we had more. Such great memories 💜 love you darlins!
