Oh lawwwd that Quadraverb is gorgeous! They're all bangers, but that 3rd jam is stunning - really love it!

That first jam acid lead gave really great Com Truise vibes! Looking forward to the tutorial!

Happy to hear you’re putting a tutorial together! I’ve been learning as much as I can about this sequencer. It’ll be great to get your take. Going by your music, you’re getting along with the T-1 just fine!

Have been using a T1 for 1 year now along with my modular. Great euclidean and organic sequencer. Though I find it to really shine with more than just monophonic voices. Eager to see the tutorial :) Nice jam.

Analog Sol has made some great video's playing with the Torso T1.. It's on my buy-list whenever someone buys my unused gear, cause it's expeeensive.

Awesome jam! Very inspiring! I have the T-1 on the way to pair with my SH-4d, which should be a very sweet and compact setup

at least a few moments that really gave me "who sped up 808 State!?" moments, super cool things sir! Quadraverb really has a great sound eh, even now, I love mine. I have a + which means I theoretically can sample with it, in excess of ONE SECOND of sampling in fact! Really enjoyed all of these, kinda wishing you still had the Casio FZ-1 in what I think was the first of your videos I ever watched. Unapologetic slipper jam at the end an unexpected highlight. Bravo.

Thanks m8. Yeah I am absolutely keen to get another FZ (but realistically a 10m or 20m due to space or lack of!) - as well as a laundry list of other 90’s tat!! 😝 You should try and make a track with just the Quadraverb+ (ducks)
@emptyvesselnz11 ай бұрын
@@mylarmelodies I've been on the lookout for an FZ down here for so long, my 90s tat collection is really at an embarrassing low at the moment and mostly not working, I really should join the laundry list quest, I have some catching up to do 🤕. Quadraverb+ only track...well, it does have tuned resonators that afaik you can play by MIDI, the sampler, it's actually a deviously excellent challenge idea. Leave this with me.🥸 Oh damn, I don't own any slippers either! GAHHHH

Love this video! Been using the T-1 for about 6 months now and it’s just a delight. But two things I have yet to use are the CC and FX modes. CC seems fairly straightforward, but FX mode is still mysterious to me. Perhaps you can show the world how that works?

How do you manage to stay at instant muting function without being have to press continously?
@timpig300011 ай бұрын
haha aw man…you’ve no idea how good your timing is. bought a T1 a few months ago, and after a weekend of intensely mucking around with it came away very frustrated. The company seems a bit weak at documentation and communicating stuff, and it deeply needs a good tutorial. was thinking about reselling mine, but now im excited for tomorrow! ✊🏻

I find it very hit and miss TBH. I've had it for quite a while and I've not really gelled with it 😬

I hope my tutorial helps!! I defo think it’ll still require some perseverance to learn, there’s quite an unusual way of working to it. But the payoff is it can get stuff going very quickly
@BeatTheLentilАй бұрын
Did you conquer it, or ditch it?
@timpig3000Ай бұрын
@@BeatTheLentil actually ended up selling it about a month ago. it’s a great little device, good for a specific kind of experimentation, just not for me and my workflow. put the money towards a Digitakt 2 and am personally finding the Euclidean sequencer and that much quicker and inspiring.
@BeatTheLentilАй бұрын
@ I just got the Digitone II (amazing) and have enjoyed its euclidian sequencer also. I’ve started thinking about the T-1 specifically for its contrasting workflow. I love the Elektron sequencer but kinda wanna mix it up. I just can’t quite tell if the T-1 is realistically good for more than just experimental sounds. What’s your take?
