I was wondering, an eyeshadow primer is used to make the eyeshadow stick to the lid, make it appear more pigmented and last longer. But usually the primer is then set with a powder. So, doesn't it not affect the sticking of the eyeshadow? I mean does the powder (used to set primer) prevent the eyeshadow from sticking on the lid? Also, now I know what halo is. Thanks to you! 😘😚 Honestly, I learn a LOT from your videos. Thank you for everything. 😍😘😚

sometimes people use an eye primer to cover up the vein on their lids. so it will make a clear and great canvas. they use powder to set it because eyeshadow tends to quite hard to blend if you dont set it first. the eyeshadow will last for a long time tho even if you set it with powder😊
