I did my first acupuncture session at the beginning of the month and it was the most intense experience I’ve yet to have in my life. When she got to my spine and adrenal glands (close to my sacral and solar plexus chakras) my body convulsed and I suddenly became weak and started sobbing…even my LA felt it because the needles went SOOO deep and as I began crying she said “very good, you’ve been carrying negative energy in your back”… I was absolutely amazed and so tired when I left I could barely drive home, I had to sit in my car for a moment before leaving. I have another appointment March 31, the day before my bday 😌 I plan on using acupuncture to help me balance my throat, sacral, solar plexus, and root chakra…they all funky and whatnot 😂 Good luck on your spiritual journey and experience in natural healing ✨🌻✨
