The isolation part definitely resonated. Isolation isn’t always bad; it definitely comes in multiple forms. I know sometimes we isolate when we’re running from something but you can also isolate to heal. And I know a lot of times we isolate because we think we’re healing but subconsciously we’re actually running and hiding. It’s tricky but it’s another reason to learn who you are and your behaviors. Ah, thanks for sharing, friend. 💕

Thank you for uploading this video! It came at a perfect time in my life bcuz girl it’s a bit scary how similar my emotions have been of wanting to escape myself and facing what needs to change, so I’ve been doom scrolling and binge watching and isolating too. I do feel like the world has shifted and it’s scary to just change bcuz u wanna hold on to what’s familiar but I guess ur right when something isn’t serving u it’s time to let it go. I Appreciate your rawness and vulnerability to share your journey with us! It’s very inspiring and you made me want to go to a library now. It use to be my safe space and I’d spend so many lunch periods chilling in the library with a book and now I can’t even bring myself to read an article 😭

I'm really happy for you! You are stepping deeper into yourself versus running away and outside of yourself. It may feel lonely at times and hurt in places you previously didn't know needed your love and attention. Through it all, keep in mind that only beautiful things can come from this process.
