Just had Mark as a trainer for the after treatment class at Sunbelt in Noblesville Indiana, his class was very informative and brought light to something that a lot of people are definitely confused about. Keep up the good work. Definitely appreciate what y’all are doing!

Hey, I have a question for you guys. I'm in HVAC. Long story, my diesel van broke down, go to a diesel mechanic who happens to be a woman. My boss said, "decline repairs. I don't want a woman to fu** up a man's job." We have women HVAC techs, so I'm extremely confused by him saying this. My question is, can Diesel techs refuse service because of that. By the way she heard him on the phone say that, and still continued to fix the problem, she's the lead tech in that shop. How would you guys deal with this? Thanks.

When it comes to getting a vehicle or a machine repaired, they are either capable or they are not. Gender does not define skillset when it comes to repairs, and should not be a deciding factor. Only experience and mindset matter. Find a tech that has both of those qualities and gender is irrelevant Hope this helps.

@DieselLaptops Absolutely. One of the best plumbers I've ever known was a woman. I left that job, and I couldn't believe my boss would say something like that. Also, the woman diesel tech did the job anyways and did an absolutely fantastic job, super professional.
