many of the assets are not transferable, like scripts, plugins, or anything involving coding outside UE and Unity, program specific files gone too, houdini hips gone, there are no categories for any of that

Unfortunately, I recently saw that too. Asset transfer uncertainties, concerns over ownership and like you said, program specific files are gone. I’m curious if these companies are having disputes within the merger, causing a lot of key features to be held out of the marketplace or if its just a technical issue. We will see I guess but yeah, kind of a bummer for now.
