Hi jan, very nice review i love it, just a question I am about to purchase this bag and i notice that you use a laptop. my I ask where do you pit it in the bag? does it fit to the water bladder compertment?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I think I just had the laptop all the way up to my back, and then everything else holding it in place. I dont think the water bladder compartment would be large enough for a laptop sadly...

Hi, I still love the pack. I've used it on a lot of trips, totalling probably around 30-40 days of hiking now. It's always super comfortable, fits all my stuff perfectly, and I dont have any complaints with the bag itself. The only thing I've noticed is that I tend to not use the organization as much as I thought I would, so maybe I could've ended up with a lighter load without them.

That's a Vaude Sioux 400. It's a pretty good budget synthetic bag, I am going to do a review on it this summer.

I put it right up to my back in a softcase, it fits there pretty nicely.

There's no extra pouch for it, but you'd probably be fine if you put it in a case

Remember that those Singh straps work in reverse as well to strap something to the back of your pack!
