We lived in Willcox for a couple of months...enjoyed this small town. Loved the history, the wineries, shops and the parks.

I lived on so.kansas settlement rd in willcox..still have family there... Good thing is it's very close to johny ringos grave, also 30 mins from tombstone, and cochise stronghold, alot of cowboy history all over that area, Wyatt Earp, johny Ringo and doc Holliday have traveled to this town many times on they're way to saford

I guess you can be negative about just about anything or anywhere, these days, Or you could look at the positive aspects of a small town! Not everyone wants to live in New York City, country life can be awesome!

@ TheOutThereChannel. Yes, the USA, Latin American countries, and some European countries drive on the right. I traveled to Thailand before and I was so surprised and felt odd driving on the left. I couldn't get used to it. 😁

TheOutThereChannel actually it does snow here every few years like the rest of southern Arizona. The clouds tease us every day with the hope for rain, but the dew point keeps dropping under 50 degrees F and it’s gotta be above 53 degrees consistently for at least three days to fuel the rain and thunderstorms. We had two excellent thunderstorms in a row about five days ago, the RV was rocking back and forth and I had to bring the slide rooms in to cut the wind resistance, very fierce winds that knocked over trees and signs, etc. very exciting to know that my home on wheels can handle it.

Hello there, John. Thank you for the nice ride around Willcox. Yes, it seems to be a quaint and quiet city. 👍🏻😊 It indeed looked really hot, just like back here in TX. Those big cumulus clouds are not helping. 🤣 I’ve not been to Arizona but I was quite surprised to see I10. I said “Huh? I10?” Lol! I forgot it runs from east to west of the country. 😂 It is one of our main Freeways in Houston. Ok, John, take great care and be safe. God bless. Ciao! 😊

Monique Montague hi sweetie! Yes, it’s hot here in the Summer but I’ve lived in southern Arizona all my life so it’s not unexpected, just sucky lol. That’s why I have excellent AC in the RV and car, otherwise heatstroke would probably kill me. I am susceptible to it due to being diabetic and going through it several times in the last five years. It’s scary because it comes out of nowhere. Thank you for commenting!

This guy doesn't know squat about this community. I've lived in many places and this is the ONLY place I want to call home!!! This "little berg" is a community like no other! If you want a city feel, go back to Tucson!!!
@JohninTucson3 жыл бұрын
Actually, I LOVE WIllcox and now call it my full time permanent home forever. It's beyond peaceful, but could certainly use a bit more substantial infrastructure. A Tiny Safeway grocery store and two dollar stores to support this large agricultural area is pretty bad.... Oh well, it's a trade-off for the serenity I suppose..

@@JohninTucson I think you need to look around a bit. All of those old buildings downtown are historic buildings, they are part of our heritage and part of the registry of historic buildings. Is Willcox perfe t? Of course not! It is a community like none I've ever experienced. People care about each and help each out, we have a great library with lots of programs for all ages and at no cost to participants. Studio 128 in downtown and the Historic Willcox Theater. Go to City Hall and talk to the City Manager and get filled in on all that is in the pipeline. Please don't post derogatory videos of such a caring community.

@@JohninTucson it's ok John, I just love this community and hope that maybe, as you are here for awhile, you will come to love the town as most of us do. Welcome to Willcox!
