That's super nice. I'd be taking road trips all the time! My engine blew out in my 05 Honda odyssey van and I haven't had a vehicle since June:( your van is awesome! Thanks for sharing and I hope you have fun with your daughter.

I tossed my cushions out for a temperpidic mattress. I use a 4' Bungie chord to secure it back.

We only sleep one at a time while on the road. I drive she slips then she drives and I sleep. At night we do hotels. No need to rough it THAT much.

Great video! How long can you run the generator and roof AC continuous in hot weather say 100 degrees outside? I’m thinking of getting one to live out of in Florida where it’s really hot. And what is the gas mileage?
@mikegutierreztheretiredfar5831 Жыл бұрын
I am assuming as long as there is gas in the tank. I’ve heard that when you have a quarter tank left the generator won’t start anymore. The mileage depends on how you drive, at 75 it makes 15mpg. If you average 60-65 it makes close to 17

What did you pay for it before sales tax? Does it have heated steering wheel or heated seats ?
@mikegutierreztheretiredfar5831 Жыл бұрын
I’m sorry. I don’t buy that way. I care about monthly payments, not about price. And I don’t think it has heated anything. The actual heater works great, though. In the last trip we were in the 20s and a couple of minutes of heat and we were comfortable in there.

If you need lots of storage space, this one is not for you. Besides that, compared to the 26’ Minnie Winnie we used to have, it’s an 80% improvement. But only you know what your needs and likes are. One unexpected plus is that my wife is much more comfortable driving it.
