Coming there for my first stay in August - question: Buses and/or transportation. Is it hard to find room to get on buses? Any tricks or suggestions?

There are several bus locations near each section at Old Key West, and we have never had an issue finding room. You could request a room that is close to the Hospitality House, which is convenient to everything. We often drive to Disney and have the option of a car while we are there, which makes everything super convenient to get to. Definitely use the water taxi if you go to Disney Springs.
