My husband has just retired from a company that make cleaning products and he had a monthly quota of products. We've just moved and I've acculated nearly 6 years worth of dishwasher tablets if I only use one a day 😅 I've got a shed full of flash floor cleaner, elbow grease and bleach. I'll need an overdraft when they run out

I can’t believe Christmas 🎄 stuff is out already. I get it with Halloween lol. We’re away for Halloween. My 10 year old - she loves it so hope they celebrate in Spain lol 😂 I love trout. It’s very similar to salmon I think. I like laughing cows too. I used to get the extra light ones - not anymore. A friend had high cholesterol and stopped having low fat stuff and changed to full fat and her cholesterol levels improved. It’s the slimming clubs that ban full fat stuff. But the low fat stuff they take out fat and add more sugar ❤. Thanks for sharing xxx

Helen, I always take the cake liner off the loaf as soon as I remove it from the oven. I think it cools fresher as well as looking more home made.

Have a look at the flexible 'tuff tub' style containers. They would be great for laundry especially wet towels and clothes as they can be wiped clean inside and out if being stored in the shower. They also double up for very wet items or rubbish in emergency when travelling/returning home.Also, with the handles can be carried to the laundry room with dirty clothes then after a wipe the clean clothes can be put in to them when washed.

Hi Helen, goodness I could live in Costco…sadly do not have one here but really good bargains especially tomatoes which a small pack of toms on the vine are £2.75 in some stores. Costco cakes are just the best. Thanks for sharing Helen xx

I just love these shops. It's like a 'What's in Helen's basket today' 🤣🤣 Seriously you do buy some good stuff along with ideas of what you are going to make with them. I'd just take the coconut cleaner back and exchange it for the one you like, next time you are in there. I too dislike coconut. Hope you find the roasting tray. Have a good look in your car. I've thought I have lost things only to find them in the car.

Hi Helen. Always interested to see the bits and pieces you pick up when you’re out and about. It always amazes me how many food products are packaged in polystyrene trays with cling film on them. I know we are lucky here as we have the weekly open markets where everything is sold loose and we just bought a crate of wonderful organic tomatoes from a local farmer for €10 !! Still, there are advantages in England too as there are so many stores and shops,you’re spoiled for choice!💛🌻

I love Costco meat and fish such good quality,I stocked up last week.Made a list so in and out in 30 minutes 😂Those mini cinnamon bites freeze well I put them in the air fryer for a couple of minutes.

We don’t get trout at out Costco, not many fish types at all really and we have loads of fishermen all around our province, they ship most of it out I guess. They do have someone come in and setup a kiosk to sell shell fish .
