Hi Ina, happy 2024! 😊 It’s always such a pleasure to watch your videos from that enchanting place you call home. I’m amazed at how many birds there are near your house. Here in northern Italy, I don’t see nearly as many, even when I go walking in the woods. The sculpture of Boo is beautiful-I imagine he preferred to admire it from a distance. That dessert looks so tempting; maybe one day I’ll try to make it myself. The weather here is quite different these days-it’s cold and very gray, but no snow. Unfortunately, except in the mountains, it rarely snows here anymore, much less than it used to. Wishing you, Boo, and your little forest friends a peaceful and joyful New Year!

Enjoy! 😊 FOR THE DOUGH 220g flour 100g sugar (I use date syrup) 1 pinch of salt 100g cold butter (I use vegan one) If the dough is not soft enough, you can add a little bit milk (I use oat or soy milk) You can also add some winter spices, cinnamon or vanilla. FOR THE FILLING 500 ml milk (I use oat or soy milk) 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder 50g sugar FOR THE TOP Jam of your choice (I put Blueberry Jam) Bake for 30-40 Minutes at 180C until the crust looks ready.

Enjoy! ♥️😊
