I like how frequently your uploads are, very nice. I really like watching you play this masterpiece of a game! Btw 01:04:20 you saw right. But it was only a half of siccors. Rarely there are whole things to scavenge. You can actually see if it is just a quarter or half or 3 quarters by taking a look at the gray circle with the symbol (for example alcohol)

Little more info: There's essentially 4 stages of being infected: Runners (first stage), very fast but also clumsy, when they still resemble the person they once were within the first few days-two weeks of being infected. Stalker (second stage), they are as fast as runners but as verocious as clickers. They start sprouting fungi, somewhere between two weeks and a year after being infected. Clicker (third stage), they have fungus plates around the brain so they are more protected and deadly but blind. They become like this after about a year of being infected. Bloater (fourth stage), they are rather rare and pretty much the strongest, deadliest and most dangerous state, but also rare because they take multiple years of being infected. Here i am again with another one of my tips: If you like playing stealthy then the bow is a great weapon, if you've not been discovered yet then the bow can one shot most of the enemies even if you hit them on the leg, tho you have to charge the bow to the max, you also have to be careful with enemies wearing any kind of armor. Another thing you should upgrade as well that'll help you a lot is the weapon sway, you upgrade that using pills, like the name says, the sway of the weapon is low, at max there's no sway which is pretty good for using the bow and the sniper. Also this may not be new to you but in case it is: infected don’t react to/can’t “see” your flashlight, but regular human enemies can. When I played this I got caught so many times when I was sneaking after I left my flashlight on and all of a sudden the enemy is shouting “huh??? what’s that??” at my flashlight peeking around the corner. Just for future reference! You’re killing the playthrough so far and I’m literally hooked on your vids now.

In an early draft of the plot, *Tess* was supposed to have survived her infection, similar to Ellie. But she was to have turned into the main villain and chased Joel & Ellie across the country. The "crazy chick" line was a remnant of that plot. I think they changed that to make Ellie singularly special.

LWatched all so far, little late but a tip I learned after the first play through lol is when a zombie/ enemy is running towards you (not a clicker though), you can shoot their leg and it will take the down then you can stomp on them. Also instead of throwing the nail bombs, you can set them as traps on the ground in the enemies line of travel and last if zombies and enemies are together use brick/bottle to attract the zombies to attack the enemies 😊 best of luck on the remainder of the game! The TV series is worth a watch after you play the games to see how they adapted the story and expanded on it. You said you want to know what Bill was like before all this? They actually expand on it in great detail in the series. The series won 8 Emmy's and one of them went to the actor that played Bill in the show (Nick Offerman). The series actually makes some references that happen from part 2 as well, which is cool if you have gone through it. If you watch the series before Part 2, play the Left Behind DLC first.

Hello! Love the playthrough. I've played these games many times and I have some combat tips that may help you when you get in firefights. 1. Moving while aiming makes your weapon sway go crazy. It's much easier to land shots if you are still while aiming 2. Throwable weapons are your friend, especially in clutch moments. Specifically the auto-aim function of throwables. If you are stuck with multiple guys firing at you, molotovs and nail bombs are free kills with auto-aim (if you are close enough for it). If you have multiple guys shooting at you and all you have is some ammo and a brick, you can throw the brick at one for a stun, run up and grab them to use them as a meat shield while you shoot his friends or maneuver to some cover. Also remember that stuns, which can be done by bricks, bottles, or smoke bombs make (most) enemies one-hit melee kills or able to be grabbed. The point is that when you get stuck in these firefights you don't have to just rely on shooting your way out of it. It can be more fun to play creatively like this too. If you don't know what I mean by auto-aim, when you equip a throwable and are close enough to an enemy, a little circle will appear on their body. You can then press the throw button WITHOUT aiming and it will hit them automatically 3. The shotgun in this game sucks mid-long range distance. It will do some damage and - well will not stun but kind of disrupt them for a moment - and is good for that if you want to get some shots off without having to aim, but I would mostly stick to using it for close range, which is it really really good for, but also kind of only good for. The shotgun in the second game is way better btw so look forward to that. EDIT: 4. Shooting enemies in the leg also stuns them, just as a brick or bottle would! 5. Clickers take two headshots to kill, but one head shot effectively stuns them leaving them open for a one hit melee finish. 6. You are doing well! consider changing the difficulty to hard...resources are less common which forces you to play a little more creatively if you don't always have a ammo with all your best weapons.

You doing good newcastle man, your intuition allows you to explore effectively before advancing to the next area, here is a tip: check the accessibility features in the configuration, there is a setting you can switch on that allows you to see loot while in "hearing more" because i belive you are having a hard time seeing the loot, like melee weapons and ammo drops, its not fun to see you struggle with that just because of sight.

Bill is one of my favorite side characters in this game. He's a counterpoint to Joel. Showing him what he could become if he continues down this road of being callous and uncaring to the rest of the world. I hate how they butchered his character in the show. Bill being gay was only a piece of his character in the game. In the show, it was the only aspect of his character. Not only that, they completely removed him from Joel's story entirely.
