A R46 million primary school to built in Northern Cape

Northern Cape Education MEC Martha Bartlet has urged communities to refrain from destroying schools when disgruntled. Bartlett was speaking at a sod turning ceremony at Hopetown, where a 46 million rand primary school will be built. She says vandalism at schools puts a strain on the department's budget.
