This comment is brilliant, but just in case, I'll just briefly explain the cleverness of the comment: Tanuki (or the Japanese racoon dog) are thought to be a shapeshifting yokai. The real extant animal obviously does not have this supernatural ability, but its a popular part of Japanese folk-culture and pop culture to reference the mythic element of the animal in art or media to this day. So, hence, "his shape shifting is not working so well"
I love cats and raccoon dogs, but I never thought I'd see them both together in the same place. This video brings joy to my heart for some reason, I am genuinely crying tears of love. Thank you so much ❤
