My little girl started doing that around 2 or 3. I think she was worried she’d miss out on what we were doing during the day. I started saying let’s take a “rest” instead of nap. The word nap triggered her for sure! I’d also tell her we were all taking a “rest” and that helped her feel like nothing else was going on that she’d miss! She’s five now and will still take a nap from time to time :)

Parker u should get a mouth guard for when u sleep to prevent ruining ur teeth cus if u continue to grind while ur this young it will severely damage ur nerves in ur teeth and reshape ur teeth so it’s a lot to fix if it gets that bad!

I don’t know if that’s just a European thing to have but if Parker grinds his teeth so much they chip, I’d definitely recommend getting special braces to wear at night. They’re like Invisaligns but thicker and they really save your teeth at night from grinding!
