I went onto Numi's stream where this is from. It appears Cotton was legit trying to ask Numi out. She got interrupted by Melody who raided her and that got her a little more nervous. Cotton did a drunk stream on YT the day after, I don't know if she's actually drunk here, no indication of it, but all of the tells were Cotton was very nervous, when she hung up from Numi her nervous releasel laugh kicked in and then she told her chat how smooth she was, not fooling anyone of course. Numi, of course thought she was just putting on a bit, which she could have been but I don't think so as Cotton said she would plan it for Vegas. (Twitch con Vegas)

Tbh most of the people who interact with Numi, take an legit interest in her (Tricky fawned more than once over Numi for example).
