Sandra begs Dan to polish his ring, she does it while recalling touching memories of her father and her marriage proposal to Dan and then... Wam! Bang! Carlos comes and messes everything up by asking her to polish his family jewels... That is CRM for you! What better intro! Oh man... This friday show will be one for the ages... I finally received my CRM shirt. My coffee is ready (in my CRM cup). Let the show begin! The weekend is officially open! Then we get right back to beautiful and touching memories of Carlos' father and his anchor jewelry. I tell ya... this family never ceases to move us. We come to believe that they are blessed by the Gods. It is obvious that the angels in Heaven are as moved as they are touched as they gather and watch this glorious show before their celestial screen. I was especially happy to see our favorite mermaids take center stage in this video. Beauty, vivacity, humour, emotionality, intelligence and gentleness are there every time we have the chance to see the majestic Sandra, Raysa and Betty at the same time. As always, images of customers seduced by our favorite family mingle with images of watches and deserved vacations in the Keys. Family and watches, man... Family and watches... Hard to find a better combo. Moments spent with other watch and jewelry craftsmen are also always appreciated. These moments honor CRM's vocation to educate us and broaden our horological horizons. And, given that it's CRM, we can be sure that these moments with these craftsmen will be touching since Dan and Charlie ask them as many personal questions as professional ones. Speaking of you, Dan, my favorite leader, I was especially happy to see you featured in the final moments of the video. As much for your silent leadership and your work on statistics as for... your secrets for an incredible coffee! Man, I would never have thought that making coffee was an exercise in itself! I feel like i'm doing a set of shoulders laterals at the gym... But it is true: that is some good coffee. Of course it is: its CRM coffee! I must say that the ending really touched me. I didn't expect to see myself on screen at all! To have known, I would have shaved my beard :) Joke aside, I am greatly touched to know that you carry me in your heart. Like a trail of powder (a saying in french), the last sequence of this video will go around my family and my job! I believe you now know how much you touch the hearts and souls of your growing number of fans around the world. What you give us is special, unique, touching and inspiring. Personally, you inspire me to work harder so I can one day afford a Bluesy (at the CRM store of course)... but even more, you inspire me to rush through life with only love in my heart. You inspire me to call my daddy, you inspire me to see more of my family, you inspire me to hug my sons, you inspire me to treat my employees well at my job... Of course, i don't need all that to do it but you know what i mean, it's always inspiring to see it elsewhere with so much truth. But more than anything, you guys inspire me to be a better man. That must count for something. Ok... i Think i'm putting you to sleep now... How do i now end my endless speech... i guess like i always do. So here it goes: you guys bring us so much joy that we can only hope for two things: that every day was Friday. That every day was CRM day!

Having suffered 94 degrees heat in the UK in homes with no air con to watch the Miami sunset from a boat on the water with my favourite CRM family has to be the best and coolest thing to do all day. I know one day we will visit Miami and walk through those doors of CRM and we will see exactly what is portrayed on You Tube each week. You always make people feel included in your lives and part of your international family and we love you all for that. That old Singer sewing machine reminded me of my grandmothers old Singer sewing machine which was in a wooden cabinet with a treadle for power. She was a milliner and her hats were awesome , I loved seeing them sitting on all the solid wooden heads around her house :). I am now going to attempt to make some Cuban coffee , I do have a whisk for an arm so I am expecting to be able to whip up that froth as demonstrated. Inside my house it was actually 97 degrees and I have ceiling fans and tower fans everywhere , was just making the point that u cant escape the heat and humidity here in the uk . Its actually quite depressing when u cant escape it, but thankfully much cooler today :) I was really only making the point that it was great to virtually be on the boat with Carlos and his family in Miami.. a cooling feeling for me at least

Long time watcher first time posting. What a great a video. Family, Famil, Family say's it all. I have been watching for years and look forward to the new show every week. I've never seen a business that spends the same amount of time and effort with every customer. I know that CRM is in the business of selling watches, but it almost seems like they enjoy the relationship's more that form everytime someone walks through the doors, regarldless of the amount of money that is spent. My daughter and I vacation in Sarasota Florida a lot, so my next tripdown will include a ride across alligator alley to visist this great family, who knows maybe I add another watch to my collection.

I think you guys need to realize after looking at the map, its very clear the market corrected itself. what we had was a bunch of new money in the market. That new money went to people that technically should of never made that money I.E. people with no real skills or ability to keep that money and keep that money coming in. Those were the people other people were making money off of which was helping your business. Those people, your newer customers, don't have that money coming in like they did, those people have their regular money coming in which still leaves them good, just not drop 60k on a watch good. This is a market correction. The same people that could afford a watch before 2021 are still there, they are smart, and not willing to pay what the other people were paying. So when the market goes closer to what it was, you will so those people come back into the scene. They never left the watch scene they were smarter than than others as to not buy something when its at an all time high. So unfortunately, it seems your business is where it was prior to the spike and that's unfortunately where it will stay. Unless you guys get into other avenues of revenue. SO I think maybe getting into the niche brands could help, but I think even better than that, is getting into the coffee business. Start selling the fn coffee you guys are constantly taking shots off. You will bring in more customers and then I have an even better Idea, I want a take of it if you are interested. It's something no one is doing and something completely un heard of, it will shock you and make you tons of smaller transactions but it will pay off.

I try to stay optimistic, but I believe end 2022/2023 will be hard years. The economy is already preparing for bigger corrections in the real estate area, plus the inflation is driven for no real reason. In each crisis, luxury articles get a massive hit as it is just nice to have, but in hard times not needed. I will focus on gold watches if a bigger correction will happen. Wishing you all the best🙏

The truth is, nobody knows. But what is pretty clear is that historically watches are not something the word investment has been attached to. I don't think for one minute the stock market flavoring of the watch market will last. America has produced the same type of market theme to shoe trading. Again, these are not investments, this is like... collectibles with larger price tags. It's also a market in which there liquidity is a major problem and the spread between buy and sell at dealers makes any small scale traders profits evaporate. It's good fun on the internet, makes nice videos, but I think buying and holding gold is a terrible investment, and it has shown that to be very true... and watches certainly don't even come close to it for pricing, liquidity and so forth. We could have 5 years to a decade of sideways economic movement. Watch economics will mirror that, and it is lagging just like other things. THese things are the first things jettisoned by most people when they have money crunches. Just some thoughts. Great channel by the way.
